TRANSMISSION
WEEKLY WORKSHOPS
The workshops take place once a week, the program consists of work strictly linked to the transmission of the repertoire and specific work linked to the universe and the pedagogical approach of Khady.
She offers us conscious paths that lead towards traditions.
Posture work and technical skills are on the agenda.

Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sabar and 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Mandingo
TCSM WORKSHOP - INNER RESOURCES
TCSM means Self-Awareness and Movement Work.
Embrace the earth to better dance with the stars. A hybrid workshop that breaks all the codes to offer a new Energetic - Spiritual and Exploratory approach.
A technique that combines several tools (African wisdom, pilates, yoga) to rejuvenate the mind and body.

dancing with family
Dancing as a family is a proposition that places connections and imagination at the heart of the workshop, with moments dedicated to children, and children with their parents.
A space for complicity and sharing outside of everyday time to create memories filled with creativity
and shared pleasure between small and large treasures.

TAMBALI CLASS
"Tambali" is a Wolof term that means to begin or to start again. It is a 100% Sabar program that aims to work on the basics and fundamentals of Sabar with a global dimension including breathing and postures. Tambali is also humility in movement that questions the notion of "level" in learning traditional African dances.

master class "Dare the Sabar circle and Femininity"
The circle that can be scary becomes entirely accessible provided you know and understand the codes. To "Dare the Circle", you need a good dose of "Fiit" (audacity). The most important thing to remember is that in African traditions this circle ("Guéw" in Senegal) is a therapeutic space for individual and collective development, a space of freedom. Through this Masterclass I address bodies, hearts and minds.

SADINGUE
The "Sadingue" contraction of sabar and mandingo, is a term created by Khady.
It is the union, the danced journey, the bridge between the dances of Senegal including the sabar and the Mandingo dances.
It is a space where the dancer is invited to open up and travel between the different rhythms offered.
The challenge lies in the change of emotions and gestures in a fraction of a second depending on the instrument that makes us dance; the energy of the sadingue is indefinable and drives us crazy with strong sensations.
